Q: What is a Yard Card?
A: It can go by many names such as; lawn cards, lawn greetings, new baby signs, storks and/or birthday announcements, party greeter, party signs just to name a few. Basically it's any sign on residental or business property that announces a special event. So be creative and say it in the YARD!

Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We normally deliver to the greater St. Louis County area. We do go to a few cities outside our area for a small delivery charge. Go to our service area and fee page for more details. Still not sure contact us by filling out the form or calling us on the phone.

Q: What times do you deliver?
A: Between 9am and 3pm. need something different call us and we do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Master cards over ther phone, Papal (more payment options offered on web site), money order or casher’s check and cash. Papal is paid only through our website. To pay for rental fee through Papal you must already have your rental confirmed via phone or email.

Q: When do I pay for the rental?
A: When ordering by phone we confirm approval of card and process before we deliver your yard card surprise or ship products. Website rental orders must receive a confirmation email before paying for rental. Upon receipt of email you will have 48 hours to make payment on our website through Papal to keep your reservation. If paying by check or cash you must inform us and mail payment within the 48 hours of reservation confirmation.

Q: What are your signs made of?
A: They are PVC plastic corrugated construction. Please refrain children and animals when a yard card is present. Signs are not to be used as a toy or maze.

Q: How far in advance should I plan my “Yard Card”?
A: Minimum is 48 hours when paying by credit card. When paying by check or cash a minimum of two weeks is required.

Q: How far in advance should I when ordering keep sake signs or other personalized products?
A: We prefer a week’s notice. If you need it sooner we will try to accommodate if at all possible. Please specify date the items are needed when ordering. When paying by check or cash a minimum of two weeks is required.

Q: Can I rent a yard card or purchase your products for someone else?
A: You bet! Make sure when reserving a card to let us know this is a surprise. When purchasing products make sure the correct mailing address is filled out.

Q: How big are the letters and characters?
A: Letters and numbers are 23” tall the sizes of the characters vary. Go to keep sake signs and plaques for their sizes.

Q: Does someone need to be home during delivery or pick up?
A: No one needs to be home. However, please inform us if there are any underlining structures such as sprinkler systems. Our stakes are very small in diameter and can work around most obstacles.

Q: Can I mow and water my lawn?
A: No, these signs are only up for a short while. Although they are made of plastic and water would not hurt them. I would prefer to pick up dry signs whenever possible.

Q: How are the themes personalized?
A: There are two ways. You can choose one are both options. First for FREE you can add a name or age to any “Yard Card” rental. Second you can purchase a keepsake sign/plaque. The price is reduced when you also rent a “Yard Card”. See rental fees for rates.

Q: Do you take pictures of the “Yard Card” for your website?
A: From time to time we may ask customers for this privilege so we can increase our photo gallery. However, you have every right to say no.

Q; What about information privacy?
A: We never share or sell your information with anyone. Our website payments are verified through Papal. Phone orders paid by credit card goes only to our bank and nowhere else. We value your privacy as much as we value ours.

Q; How long do the fund raisers run?
A: Flamingo and Buzzard fundraiser can run anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks.

Q; Do you offer a long-term fund raisers?
A: Yes, your organization or group can set to where when a customer calls to rent a yard card $5.00 of that rental goes directly to you. All they have to do is give us your name.

Q; How do I pay for fund raisers?
A: Short-term is paid by phone with Visa or Master Card or by mailing a money order.

Q; When do we receive earned funds for
Long-term fund raisers?
A: Every month or when balance reaches $25.00, whichever comes first.
