How
to reserve a “Yard Card”
1)
Call us or go to our website click on contact us and fill out the
form.
2) Within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed
you to choose one of the following types of payment: Go to our website
and pay through Papal. Call us to pay over the phone. If paying by
money order, check or cash you must confirm when they are being mailed
or delivered within the 48-hour time frame.
3) If any items are stolen during your rental contact
us immediately. You will only be charged our replacement costs for
the missing items.
Purchasing
products
1) Buy through our website and pay with Papal.
2) Order over the phone. We will fill the order once
payment is method is approved. Photos can be sent through our website
or by mail. We will be able to work on your order faster when sending
a photo through our website.
3) Delivery time: We will mail usually within one
week. If a product is out of stock we will contact you and inform
you of the earliest delivery time. PLEASE if you
have a specific date you need it by inform us of this upfront.

Refund
policy
You
will receive a refund if:
1)
You cancel the rental at least 24 hours in advance.
2) Extreme weather conditions prevent us from delivering
your “Yard Card”. Generally only ice storms keep us away.
You will not receive
a refund if:
1)
The homeowner business owner or security officer prevented us from
setting up the “Yard Card”
2) The homeowner business owner or security officer
asked us to remove the “Yard Card” before rental time
expired.
3) Less than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.
4) The wrong address was given and we can’t
contact the homeowner or purchaser.
5) The homeowner has a loose dog on the property.
6) We are denied access to a gated community and
unable to set up.
7) No grassy areas are available in front of the
home, apartment, townhouse, office or other facility and we are unable
to set up. (We can't set up a display on concrete or in a rocky area.
We must have a grassy area or yard to set up.)
